cadre légal et obligations, prévention et santé au travail, BDESE et consultations récurrentes, analyse des situations à risque, enquêtes, inspections, stratégie de dialogue social et relations élus/employeur, structuration et professionnalisation du mandat. « Une formation CSE n’est réussie que si l’élu repart avec un outil, pas seulement avec une information. »

Forts d’une expérience significative dans la formation, nous proposons des parcours qui répondent à la fois aux besoins des élus et aux exigences opérationnelles des entreprises au quotidien, avec une pédagogie structurée, des mises en situation et des supports concrets.Nos formations couvrent notamment :
